What Are You Waiting For? Start Today!
New Year's resolutions should be started right now . . . If it's important enough to want to change it-- why not start now?
Procrastination is excuse making. Set the goal down today and begin. I often "start early" on changes. In November 2008, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, I gave up soda. I could have made the excuse of starting January 1st, but I started immediately and haven't had soda since (One Year Later-- The Great Soda Challenge).
What do you want to do? Be specific and set real goals and deadlines.

I recommend shooting for about three things at once. Why? Some goals may take longer than others, but a small success in one can motivate you to succeed in another.
Start now and good luck!
