I got quite a bit done this weekend. However, I have to admit that I sometimes put things off and procrastinate. I struggle like anyone else. Luckily, I do go on tears and get a boatload done, but it requires discipline. tricks and techniques, and thick-headed determination.
Here are 12 ways I use to slay the procrastination dragon:

Productivity Boosting Recap

One of my favorite posters is that of a sad clown sitting on a tiny stool. His face is cupped in his hands. The caption reads, "I'd like to procrastinate, but I keep putting it off."
Sometimes we have to balance being over-achievers with taking time to just relax and let the world go by without us. Sometimes we deserve a break in the action, but we can't afford to dawdle there for too long.
We must realize that if something is going to get done, it's us that have to do it. If I may, I just wrote a page about this very topic, making it happen. It's found at: http://www.frugal-living-freedom.com/make-it-happen.html The question I pose is, "who else will?" Even our beloved Thomas Jefferson had something to say about having the right attitude to get things done, and you'll find his insightful quote in my article.
For me, the key to remember is "You either make dust, or you eat dust."
