Fitness is Frugal!

Here is a quick one . . .

Fitness is frugal because good health is cheaper (insurance and medical costs), eating is moderate (and less expensive), exercise means you aren't out wasting money (shopping for useless stuff).

The good news is you don't need an expensive gym membership-- instead you can:

  • Hike or trailblaze
  • Walk, jog, or run
  • Bike
  • Play tennis
  • Swimming
  • Basketball
  • Softball
  • Lift weights
  • Cut firewood

Get up and do something-- fitness is free!
