What Did You Learn Today?

Just a quick one . . . I try to learn something new every single day-- here's how I do it:

  • I read newspapers, magazines, and books
  • I browse new sections in book stores and libraries (This is author Tom Peter's approach to discovering new things)
  • I Google at least a dozen things a day
  • I talk to others, ask questions, and listen to the answers
  • I observe people and listen to conversations

Improvement is gradual-- one new thing, one day at a time . . .
