Some Thoughts on Finding the Time . . .
Can't seem to find enough time in the day? Too busy? You can find the time-- here's how:
- You have to schedule the time (Be active)
- You have to make the activity a routine (Form a good habit)
- You have to make it a reward or reward doing it (Motivation)
- You have to give up some of the wasted time (Think TV!)
- You have to get some help (Two can get it done faster than one . . . )
Finding the time is up to you . . . only you have the power.

I like that you added the "get some help" part. It's so easy to forget that we don't have to do everything alone.
