So Long Blockbuster . . . ?
Just a quick observation, I rented a DVD from the RedBox in the supermarket yesterday-- it was cheap ($1.06) and easy. I know people who have nothing to say but good things about NetFlix. I hear video on demand service finally works. Finally, the library has plenty of free or cheap rentals. All of these factors led me to comment to my wife, that we don't need Blockbuster at $5 per movie . . .
Apparently, many other people are feeling the same way. I hear that Blockbuster is on some bankruptcy watch lists . . .
My feeling is it won't be long and we will be saying good bye to Blockbuster . . .

I'll bet you that Blockbuster doesn't get a bailout. You have to be irresponsible to qualify for that.

In my small town of 17,000, two of the three video rentals are gone.
