Fresh thyme is wonderful in egg dishes. Once you have eggs fixed with fresh thyme, you may not want to have eggs any other way.

Just a heads up since this is a new item for you, thyme is a small plant that doesn't get to any size at all. If your thyme grows to an 8 inch by 8 inch footprint, you've got a big plant.

    Good luck with your veggies.

Thanks for the suggestion on the eggs . . . I will definitely try it.

I am going to greatly expand the herbs this year-- low effort, high reward!
