The Great Soda Challenge
Yesterday concluded one week without my consuming a soda (pop for some readers). I decided to stop drinking cola, root beer, ginger ale, cream soda, orange soda-- all of my favorites. I have done this a few times before and lasted nine months at my best.
I have been drinking much more water. I have also been drinking watered down iced tea, lemonade, and juices with lots of ice. Would I say I am on a diet? No, but I could do with less soda . . .
