Quick Recipe Idea: Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Today is Thanksgiving, here is a very simple recipe for a timeless side dish on the holiday table (I don't care for the jelly in a tin can mold).
Here's What You Need:
1-2 bags of fresh cranberries
1-1 1/2 cups of sugar (More or less to taste)
1-1 1/2 cups of orange juice (More or less to taste)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 sliced apple
Here's What to Do:
Boil the cranberries in water until they start to split
Put strained cranberries in casserole dish and mix in all other ingredients
Bake in oven at 275 degrees for 20-30 minutes
Serve with the turkey and all the holiday fixings . . .
