Quick Dinner Idea: Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Want a different approach to chicken breasts? Try roasting them with stuffing and cream of chicken soup. The kids love this approach-- stuffing is always a hit.
Here's What You Need:
- A split chicken breast for each person
- A box or two of stuffing (preferably chicken)
- 1-2 cans of cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
Here's What to Do:
- Prep the stuffing according to the box directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- Salt and pepper the breasts and place them in a casserole dish
- Put prepped stuffing under breasts and pour cream of chicken soup over breasts
- Put casserole dish in oven for 25-35 minutes
- Switch to broil for last few minutes
Serve with choice of veggies (I like green beans) and cream of chicken "gravy"
Enjoy!
