Quick Dinner Idea: Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Want a different approach to chicken breasts?
Try roasting them with stuffing and cream of chicken soup.  The kids love this approach-- stuffing is always a hit.

Here's What You Need:

  • A split chicken breast for each person
  • A box or two of stuffing (preferably chicken)
  • 1-2 cans of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper

Here's What to Do:

  • Prep the stuffing according to the box directions
  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
  • Salt and pepper the breasts and place them in a casserole dish
  • Put prepped stuffing under breasts and pour cream of chicken soup over breasts
  • Put casserole dish in oven for 25-35 minutes
  • Switch to broil for last few minutes

Serve with choice of veggies (I like green beans) and cream of chicken "gravy"

Enjoy!
