Yes, you are a salesperson . . . we are all salespeople. Whether we know it or not, we all sell.

- Make positive first and ongoing impressions and always be at your best
- Explore and probe their needs, wants, hopes, desires
- Put the "buyer's" needs and wants first
- Always under promise and over deliver
- Show them the benefits/value you provide
- Demonstrate you superiority to other choices
- Thank them for and remind them of their good choice of buying from you
- Ask for referrals
