A Dieting Approach

There is an old expression when it comes to meal size:

  • Eat like a king at breakfast,
  • Eat like a prince at lunch,
  • Eat like a pauper at dinner.

Not that easy, but a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack help.  I love big breakfasts . . .

Turns out this is also a more frugal approach-- breakfast is cheaper than lunch, and lunch is cheaper than dinner.

Rethink your meals!
