Just 10 . . .

DDFD is trying to get back into a regular exercise routine and I am starting small and simple.  I am going to call my program, "Just 10".

  • Just 10 Sit ups
  • Just 10 Push ups
  • Just 10 Leg squats

My feeling is what is just 10?  I can do just 10 a day . . .

Maybe in a few days or a week I will tell myself as I am doing them-- this is getting easier let's do 2, 3, 5, or 10 more . . .

Motivation for doing this-- the holidays are coming, feeling better about myself, and staying in my current clothes-- frugally motivated of course!
