Right-Sized Living

What if we under-extended ourselves as opposed to over-extending ourselves?

What if we:

  • Bought or rented less house . . .
  • Bought or leased less car . . .
  • Vacationed closer to home . . .
  • Ate at home around a table with the kids more . . .

If we under-extended ourselves we would have more money to save and invest.  We wouldn't care what the neighbors thought.  We wouldn't live in fear of losing that job we had become so dependent upon.  Finally, we might have more time to enjoy our families.
