Vitamins are a Waste of Money
When I was in college I used to take a multi-vitamin and vitamin C. What a waste of money! All I was doing was making colorful and expensive urine. Your body absorbs what it needs and then immediately expels the rest.
If you are eating right, you will get the vitamins and minerals you need. A diet that includes the four basic food groups will give you what is required-- and a Big Mac with cheese does meet many of the four basic food groups, but it is not what I am recommending.
You have to eat-- so be sure to have some meat, fruit and vegetables, grains, and some dairy every day and it should cover you. I guarantee that it will definitely save you $20-100 per month in vitamin purchases.
The only exception to this idea would be doctor prescribed vitamins for a known medical deficiency.
