"Make Hay While the Sun Shines . . . "  I am sure we have all heard that one.  What if you suddenly came into some money.  A windfall of money, a new client or customer, or a big raise.  What should you do with the money?  Vegas here we come?  No. 

The smart thing to do is do something positive.  Sure go out to eat to celebrate your good fortune, but think about the following:

Why do these things?  Because through personal experience, I have learned that while the sun may be shining, the storm clouds may be over the horizon.
